Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Redo Supplies is a wholesale packaging supplier. Due to the nature of our products, including made-to-order and custom branded items, volume-based pricing, and hygiene and storage considerations for packaging materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for any reason other than the exception described in Section 3 below.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Order Accuracy

Because we cannot accept returns, please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product specifications, dimensions, quantities, and any custom branding proofs. For custom branded products, production begins once you approve the final proof, and approved proofs cannot be changed or canceled.

If you need help confirming that a product is right for your operation, contact our team before ordering and we'll walk you through sizing, materials, and quantities.

2. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled only if they have not yet entered production or fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered production (for custom items) or has shipped (for stock items), it cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

While all sales are final, we stand behind the accuracy and condition of what we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at miranda@redo.com with your order number and photos of the affected items and packaging.

If we confirm the issue, we will, at our discretion, replace the affected items or issue a credit for the affected portion of the order. This is the sole exception to our no-return policy and applies only to errors or damage attributable to Redo Supplies or its carriers.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a delivered, conforming order is a violation of this policy. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us first and we will work to resolve it.
